SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
**FREE SHIPPING OFFERED** on Orders of $49.00 or more only applies to Destinations in the Lower 48 Contiguous States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and all other U.S. Territories. Free Shipping will be by UPS Ground. Shipping Rates will be calculated at checkout from the most current rates available out of our shipping center in Illinois. DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING AND TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Pet King Brands is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at [email protected] immediately to resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
